Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Engineering Department based in New Cairo moving across all sites around all Governorates. The role will be responsible to overseeing project lifecycles from planning to completion, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. It also includes managing budgets, developing staff, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and the company's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.


This role requires close collaboration with internal departments (retail sales, marketing, HSE) to achieve project objectives and long-term strategic goals.


Qualifications

  • Good command of English Language
  • Strong skills in Engineering Management and the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and risk assessment
  • Proficiency in Project Engineering and Civil Engineering, with a focus on design and implementation
  • Experience in Construction, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software tools and technologies is a plus
