The Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Equity Investments to lead our investment portfolio and equity strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep market expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing large-scale equity investments. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive performance and identify high-value investment opportunities in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute long-term equity investment strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and manage equity investment portfolios to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
• Oversee market research, financial analysis, and investment decision-making processes.
• Identify new investment opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and financial institutions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of investment professionals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk management policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define KPIs and strategic investment goals.
• Drive innovation in equity investment strategies and financial products.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in equity investments or financial services.
• At least 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• MBA or relevant qualification in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, equity investments, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record of managing high-value investment portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Expertise in risk management and portfolio diversification strategies.

Salary: Market competitive (based on experience)

Work Timing: 9 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Fri) & 10 AM – 4 PM (Saturday)
