Head of Executive Coaching and Leadership Development

About the Role: Muscat is rapidly emerging as a hub for leadership excellence and professional development, and at John Cohen Executive Coaching Group, we bring global standards to executive performance. We are looking for a Head of Executive Coaching and Leadership Development who can define and scale our coaching practice across the region. You are not just facilitating sessions; you are shaping leadership strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving organizational impact. You will lead a team of experienced coaches, translating complex business challenges into structured, results driven coaching programs. You are the trusted advisor to senior executives and decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership: Define and lead the executive coaching strategy across Oman and GCC markets.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, HR leaders, and corporate partners.

Program Design: Develop custom leadership development programs aligned with business goals.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of executive coaches and consultants.

Business Development: Drive revenue growth and client acquisition through strategic initiatives.

Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards and measurable outcomes across all coaching engagements.

Stakeholder Management: Present strategies and results clearly to senior stakeholders and decision makers.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 10 plus years in executive coaching, leadership development, or consulting, with 3 plus years in a senior leadership role.

Credentials: Certified Executive Coach or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.

Market Knowledge: Experience working within the Oman or GCC corporate environment is a strong advantage.

Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to influence, present, and build trust at senior levels.

Commercial Mindset: Proven track record in business growth and client development.

Leadership Style: Strategic, adaptable, and results driven, with the ability to balance vision and execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO4,000.000 - RO4,200.000 per month
