A well-reputed housing scheme is seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Head of External Affairs (Administration) for its project in Mandi Bahauddin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaison and coordination with government departments, regulatory authorities, military authorities, and local administration.
  • Handling all matters related to housing schemes, including approvals, NOCs, permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Managing public relations (PR) with government officials and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining strong coordination and liaison with institutions including GHQ, MI, Civil Cantonment authorities, intelligence, and security-related departments where required.
  • Representing the organization before government and official forums while ensuring smooth communication.
  • Advising management on government policies, laws, and regulations related to housing schemes.
  • Leading the external affairs/government relations function and coordinating with internal departments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree from a recognized university (Public Administration, Law, Management, or a related field preferred).
  • Retired Armed Forces officer — preference for retired Pakistan Army officers.
  • Candidate must be retired for at least 2–5 years.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding the rank of Colonel.
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with reputed housing schemes, real estate organizations, or government liaison assignments.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a senior leadership or Head of Department (HOD) role.
  • Strong knowledge of housing scheme regulations, approval processes, and government procedures.
  • Well-established PR network with government departments, GHQ, civil administration, and relevant authorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Additional Preferences

  • Residents of Mandi Bahauddin will be preferred.
  • Strong local administrative and institutional relations will be considered an added advantage.
