Job Opportunity — Head of External Affairs (Administration)

A well-reputed housing scheme is seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Head of External Affairs (Administration) for its project in Mandi Bahauddin.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison and coordination with government departments, regulatory authorities, military authorities, and local administration.
- Handling all matters related to housing schemes, including approvals, NOCs, permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing public relations (PR) with government officials and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining strong coordination and liaison with institutions including GHQ, MI, Civil Cantonment authorities, intelligence, and security-related departments where required.
- Representing the organization before government and official forums while ensuring smooth communication.
- Advising management on government policies, laws, and regulations related to housing schemes.
- Leading the external affairs/government relations function and coordinating with internal departments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree from a recognized university (Public Administration, Law, Management, or a related field preferred).
- Retired Armed Forces officer — preference for retired Pakistan Army officers.
- Candidate must be retired for at least 2–5 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding the rank of Colonel.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with reputed housing schemes, real estate organizations, or government liaison assignments.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a senior leadership or Head of Department (HOD) role.
- Strong knowledge of housing scheme regulations, approval processes, and government procedures.
- Well-established PR network with government departments, GHQ, civil administration, and relevant authorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Additional Preferences
- Residents of Mandi Bahauddin will be preferred.
- Strong local administrative and institutional relations will be considered an added advantage.
