We are seeking an experienced Head of Facility Management & Maintenance to lead the upkeep, safety, and performance of our property portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently, while delivering a high-quality experience for tenants and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day and long-term maintenance operations across multiple properties.
  • Ensure properties are safe, functional, and well presented at all times.
  • Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to deliver quality work.
  • Plan and oversee preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend asset life.
  • Coordinate unit readiness for new tenants and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor service quality, response times, and overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for maintenance-related matters with stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for cost efficiency and improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years’ experience in facilities, maintenance, or property management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience managing contractors and service agreements.
  • Knowledge of local building, safety, and utility regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle priorities, emergencies, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
