We are seeking an experienced
Head of Facility Management & Maintenance
to lead the upkeep, safety, and performance of our property portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are well maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently, while delivering a high-quality experience for tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day and long-term maintenance operations across multiple properties.

Ensure properties are safe, functional, and well presented at all times.

Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to deliver quality work.

Plan and oversee preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend asset life.

Coordinate unit readiness for new tenants and minimize downtime.

Monitor service quality, response times, and overall performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Act as the main point of contact for maintenance-related matters with stakeholders.

Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for cost efficiency and improvements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

7–10 years’ experience in facilities, maintenance, or property management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience managing contractors and service agreements.

Knowledge of local building, safety, and utility regulations.
-
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle priorities, emergencies, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
