Job Summary:

Sarhand Packages is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounts Head to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support budgeting and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, compliance, cost management and all taxation related matters to enhance the company’s financial health.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Applicants related to ACCA, ICMA and CA are encouraging to apply.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

· Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation & FBR matters, and compliance.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial analysis.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities – Finance & Accounts Head

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations while preparing timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and collections, ensuring proper documentation, accuracy, compliance with policies, and effective monitoring of receivables and payables.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Supervise all taxation matters including income tax, sales tax, VAT, and withholding tax; ensure timely filing of returns, compliance with FBR and regulatory requirements, handle audits and notices, and provide guidance to management on all FBR-related issues.
  • Payroll & Expense Management: Coordinate with HR to process payroll, manage company expenses, maintain accurate transaction records, and ensure timely reimbursements with proper cost allocation.
  • Cost Control & Financial Analysis: Monitor operational costs, conduct risk and cost-benefit analyses, recommend cost-saving initiatives, and provide financial insights to support management in strategic planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
