Head of Finance & Accounts

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Accounts with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry and hands-on experience with accounting softwares. The ideal candidate must be able to join immediately and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with all local regulatory requirements in the UAE. Job Role – Head of Finance & Accounts

• Overall responsibility for finance and accounts operations
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Preparation and review of financial statements and reports
• Managing cash flow, expenses, and cost control
• Overseeing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and ledger
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
• Managing audits, taxation, and regulatory filings
• Implementing internal controls and financial procedures
• Supporting management with financial analysis and decision-making
• Supervising and guiding the finance & accounts team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA (preferred)
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, including a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Hands-on experience with audits, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience with multi-location or multi-unit accounting within the F&B sector.
