We are currently seeking a hands-on finance leader who can provide strategic and creative direction while balancing resources and funding requirements. The Head of Finance – Care Delivery, is an active participant in and the driver of the organization’s overall fiscal strategy. They will lead the organization’s financial administration, business planning and budgeting.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Partner with CEO on all financial operations and strategic matters as they arise, provide strategic recommendations based on fiscal analysis and projections
- Oversee day to day functions and staff within accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, revenue cycle, real estate, and FP&A for Care Delivery entities
- Manage the ongoing relationship with our board, including monthly financial reporting and meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and collaboration with the FP&A team to align business strategy with corporate performance expectations
- Continued support of CloseKnit’s implementation of NetSuite and ongoing maintenance thereafter
- Audit management and oversight with the ability to respond to external audit requests
- Assess and align finance / accounting team resources within the Care Delivery entity
- Provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement of combined entity
Key Qualifications and attributes:
- Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree and CPA/CMA experience
- 5 years health care experience including revenue cycle management and value-based contract experience
- Excels at building rapport, fostering open communication, and ensuring alignment with key organizational leaders
- A leader that fosters a culture of collaboration and empowers team members to contribute and grow
- Exceptional communication and planning skills, including the ability to communicate financial concepts and data effectively and concisely
- Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, fiscal control, financial reporting and leading a financial team
