Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head – FP&A to join our fast-paced e-commerce business. This role will partner closely with business leaders, manage end-to-end financial planning and analysis, and drive operational and financial excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in controllership, budgeting, and business finance with a sharp commercial acumen.

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

 Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.

 Own the financial model for the business; continuously improve accuracy and granularity of forecasts.

 Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance and enable decision-making.

2. Business Finance

 Act as a strategic finance partner to business heads across categories, supply chain, marketing, and technology.

 Evaluate ROI of campaigns, product/category launches, and business initiatives.

 Drive pricing and margin analysis, discounting strategy, and working capital optimization.

3. Budgeting & Controllership

 Manage monthly closing in coordination with the accounting team.

 Ensure timely and accurate reporting of P&L, variance analysis, and cost control.

 Establish financial controls and compliance frameworks in line with corporate and statutory requirements.

4. Finance Excellence

 Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements across FP&A and reporting.

 Drive standardization of financial processes, tools, and reporting templates.

 Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data integrity and decision support systems.

Qualifications:

 Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, controllership, or business finance roles.

 Prior experience in a fast-growing e-commerce or consumer-tech business preferred.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
