PDS Viajes Group is a leading player in the travel and tourism sector, dedicated to delivering seamless, tech-driven travel experiences across global markets. As we scale our operations and navigate a dynamic global landscape, our Finance Department is looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Head of Financial Planning (FP&A) to drive our financial strategy, budgeting, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range strategic planning cycles across all business units and geographies.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Deliver deep-dive financial analysis, variance tracking, and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to provide executive leadership with actionable insights.
  • Corporate Development Support: Partner with senior executives on capital allocation, investment appraisals, business case scenarios, and M&A opportunities.
  • Process Optimization: Drive the automation, scaling, and improvement of financial planning models, tools, and BI infrastructure to streamline reporting accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic finance partner to regional heads, commercial directors, and tech teams, aligning financial targets with corporate growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of FP&A managers and analysts.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior FP&A leadership role. Experience within the travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or digital platform sectors is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. An MBA, CFA, or professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, corporate valuation, and modern FP&A planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive Insights) alongside BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex financial data into compelling commercial narratives and strategic recommendations for board-level presentation.
  • Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and developing talent.
