Head of FMCG – Commercial

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Head of FMCG – Commercial to lead and manage commercial operations for our growing FMCG business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial planning, procurement, category management, vendor negotiations, pricing strategy, and business growth within the FMCG and retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall commercial operations for FMCG categories
• Develop and implement commercial and category strategies
• Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and supplier relationships
• Monitor sales performance, margins, pricing, and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams
• Ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and inventory optimization
• Drive business growth and achieve commercial targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in FMCG or retail commercial operations
• Strong understanding of category management and procurement
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs750,000.00 per month
