Rise Vision is currently searching for a FP&A Manager to work alongside the CFO to further enhance reporting and forecasting of business results.
**This is a fully remote role**
Mission of the FP&A Manager:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the annual budget process, developing the models and coordinating input from the leadership team. They analyze results relative to budget assumptions, highlight variances and provide monthly forecasting which highlights potential upsides and risks. The FP&A Manager understands all inputs to the budget and actual results. This includes the billing system, Chargebee and the financial accounting system, Netsuite.
The FP&A Manager is knowledgeable about all KPI’s for Rise Vision and is able to benchmark these against industry norms. They stay current on trending new measurements and introduce these to the company where applicable.
The FP&A Manager assists the leadership team in preparing and/or reviewing financial models for new pricing, products, and other business initiatives. The FP&A Manager plays an integral role in weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
You lead the Subscription Operations Specialists and ensure the execution and continuous improvement of tactics and processes by ensuring each of your team members knows their quarterly OBT and has clear visibility on their respective critical number such that they can quantitatively account for their day, week, month, quarter and year. You lead by example to create and maintain a culture of trust, candor, transparency, growth, learning, empowerment, performance and accountability. You ensure your team members are all contributing at an A Player level and when they aren’t you ensure they are making improvements and meaningful progress to close the gaps and contribute at an A Player level.
The FP&A Manager is current with technology and trends and continually looks for ways to improve our processes.
