Head of Fundraising and Capital Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Head of Fundraising and Capital Solutions to lead all capital raising activities across equity and debt. This person will own the end to end fundraising strategy from investor relations and VC rounds to structuring venture debt, working capital facilities, and credit lines with banks and institutional lenders. You will work directly with the CEO and co founders to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute equity fundraising rounds, including Series A and beyond, from sourcing investors to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and international VCs, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close venture debt facilities, credit lines, and working capital loans with banks and alternative lenders.
  • Develop the company's overall capital strategy, balancing equity dilution with debt financing to optimize growth.
  • Prepare investor materials including pitch decks, financial models, data rooms, and due.
  • Manage ongoing investor relations, including reporting, updates, and board communication.
  • Partner with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of funding transactions.
  • Monitor market trends in fintech, BNPL, and capital markets across Saudi Arabia and the broader region.
  • Represent SalesFine at industry events, investor conferences, and strategic meetings.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private credit, or corporate finance.
  • Proven track record closing both equity rounds and debt facilities (venture debt, credit lines, or working capital financing).
  • Strong existing network of VCs, lenders, and financial institutions across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • Background that combines VC-side experience (at a VC firm or as investor relations) with startup fundraising experience ideally at a fintech or financial services startup.
  • Deep understanding of fintech, BNPL, or lending business models and the associated capital stack.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company credibly to sophisticated investors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a

Preferred Background
  • Experience at a top-tier VC firm, growth equity fund, or investment bank.
  • Prior role as Head of Fundraising, CFO, VP of Finance, or Investor Relations Lead at a high-growth fintech or B2B startup.
  • Exposure to regulated lending environments and SAMA regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Track record of raising $10M+ in equity and/or $20M+ in debt facilities.
