  • Oversee practice management, resource allocation, and quality standards across global and regional mandates.
  • Drive revenue targets, client coverage, and market share for transaction‑advisory services.

Deal Origination & Execution Oversight

  • Lead or co‑lead high‑profile financial and commercial due diligence, M&A, IPO, carve‑out, and restructuring assignments.
  • Ensure robust analysis of financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital, tax and legal implications, and deal‑pricing structures.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the senior relationship lead for corporates, private‑equity funds, sovereign‑wealth‑linked entities, and government‑owned companies.
  • Present transaction‑thematic pitches, deal‑warranties, and value‑creation plans at board and C‑suite level.
  • Maintain long‑term partnerships with capital‑markets players, law firms, and other advisors to strengthen the transaction ecosystem.

Methodology & Quality Standards

  • Set and enforce global standards for due diligence, model‑risk frameworks, reporting, and client‑deliverables.
  • Design and refine standard workstreams for financial, commercial, and digital/tech‑due‑diligence, where relevant.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations affecting M&A, capital markets, and cross‑border transactions.

Team & Capability Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers, directors, and junior transaction‑advisory professionals.
  • Drive internal training on new tools, analytics, and sector‑specific methodologies (e.g., energy, infrastructure, real estate, financial services).
  • Promote a collaborative, high‑performance culture across global and regional teams.

Market Positioning & Thought Leadership

  • Represent the practice at conferences, roundtables, and industry forums focused on M&A, PE, and capital‑markets trends.
  • Contribute to publications, market‑intelligence reports, and webinars that position the firm as a leading transaction‑advisory partner.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.

Professional Background

  • 12–18+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory / M&A / Deal Advisory, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale financial and commercial due‑diligence and transaction‑support mandates.
  • Prior leadership experience as a Managing Director / Partner / Head of Transaction Advisory in a Big‑4, global advisory, or investment‑banking environment.
  • Strong exposure to GCC/Middle East transactions, including privatizations, IPOs, and government‑linked‑company deals, is highly advantageous.
