Build growth loops across paid, organic, and community channels.
Develop and manage a pipeline of creators and brands, turning early signups into advocates.
Work with product and marketing to refine the onboarding journey based on real data and feedback.
Track metrics like CAC, conversion rates, and viral coefficients.
Set up automation tools (HubSpot, Typeform, Zapier, Notion, etc.) to scale growth operations.
Own North Star metrics: waiting list growth, activation rate, and retention post-launch.
What We re Looking For
5 8 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or demand generation, ideally in platform or SaaS startups (bonus if in influencer marketing, adtech, or creator economy).
Proven record of building growth from zero (pre-launch or early-stage experience is a must).
Strong understanding of funnels, data, and experiments.
Knows how to use storytelling and partnerships to drive signups.
Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, Webflow, Airtable, and Google Analytics.
