Core Mission
- Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine: Transition Paradox from a founder led marketing approach to a brand led, repeatable, data driven engine.
- Lead from the front, test hypotheses, launch new channels, and show the team how it's done.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched.
- Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn't; refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
- Architect funnels and campaigns (hands on): map new funnels, oversee implementation, set up tracking, ensure data integrity, and scale budgets.
- Relentless optimization (CRO & A/B testing): design, launch, and analyze A/B tests; audit low converting pages and implement tests immediately.
- Channel exploration & scaling: review core paid social work, identify next winning acquisition channels, and collaborate with the Content Factory.
- Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content product content).
- Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
- Lead the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) with player coach leadership; manage talent sourcing, training, and retention.
- Sales alignment & revenue quality: focus on appointments held and deals closed, prioritize high intent leads, and discontinue low quality campaigns.

- LTV / CAC ratio.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e commerce, or digital products.
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improved revenue, activation, or conversion.
