Head Of Growth - EdTech (Full remote - French fluent )

Paradox EN is looking for a Head Of Growth to create and run a data driven growth engine that scales millions of learners.

We build a learning OS that brings together human, structured and technological intelligence to give people a system that knows them and adapts to their needs.

About Paradox

French and English fluency is required. We want to empower people at scale using AI, design and behavioral science, creating beautiful, cinematic experiences that actually change lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer-Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned and launched.
  • Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn't; refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.
  • Architect funnels and campaigns hands on: map them out, set up tracking, audit flows and ensure data integrity.
  • Relentless optimization (CRO & A/B testing); design, launch and analyze tests of headlines, pricing, offers, etc.
  • Proactively hunt friction points in the user journey and implement tests immediately.
  • Design, launch and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging.
  • Ensure tracking, data integrity and that learnings compound over time.
  • Explore and scale acquisition channels: overview allocation to paid social and identify new winning channels to maximize ROI/ROAS.
  • Collaborate with Content Factory: analyze ad performance and provide data backed briefs.
  • Design and optimize growth loops (product content product).
  • Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention and expansion; identify constrained areas and root causes.
  • Lead and coach the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM); source talent, manage and pause as needed.
  • Align with Sales: set up feedback loops to adjust targeting based on lead quality and prioritize high intent leads.

GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely and any other tool that reveals hidden insights.

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in CRO, Growth Experimentation or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e commerce or digital products.
  • Track record of designing, implementing and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that improved revenue, user activation or conversion.
