Head of HR Strategy Role Overview

The Head of HR Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term HR strategic framework, aligning HR initiatives with the company's overall business strategy, and ensuring governance and compliance. This role drives HR transformation, fostering a data-driven, high-performing HR function to support the long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and oversee the 3-year Human Capital Strategic Plan aligned with business objectives
  • Design and execute the Organisation Development (OD) Framework to optimize structure and workforce efficiency
  • Lead workforce planning processes to anticipate and meet current and future talent needs
  • Drive the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure HR transformation initiatives align with the company's growth strategy
Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with labor laws and international standards
  • Conduct regular HR audits and diagnostics to identify and resolve gaps in policies and practices
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks across all HR processes and procedures
HR Advisory & Leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and executive leadership team on strategic HR matters
  • Build and lead the HR Strategy & Governance team, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership on HR transformation and operational excellence
Change Management
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new HR systems, processes, and frameworks
  • Engage stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in for HR transformation initiatives
Performance Monitoring
  • Establish metrics to measure the impact of HR strategies and governance frameworks
  • Analyze and report on workforce data to monitor progress, identify risks, and provide actionable insights

Requirements
  • KSA National (Mandatory)
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within the FMCG industry
  • Subject matter expertise in Organisation Development
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis
