Job Description
Key responsibilities include:

Lead the full HR generalist function across the Middle East.

Oversee employee lifecycle, talent management, and organisational development.

Drive HR strategy aligned with global and regional business priorities.

Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence.

Develop and implement robust HR policies and frameworks.

Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and change management.

Ensure compliance with local labour laws and best-practice HR standards.

Manage compensation, performance management, and annual HR cycles.

Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Human Resources professional should have:

Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years proven experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced multinational company environment .

Extensive knowledge of local HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

Proficiency in HR management systems and software tools.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving organisational success.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
