Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and align all HR & OD functions with Group strategy
  • Manage multi-disciplinary HR team (PMS, TA, OD, ER & Payroll)
  • Drive HR analytics, Balanced Scorecard, and executive reporting
  • Govern HR systems, KPIs, SOPs, and ERP implementation
  • Lead Succession Planning and Workforce Risk Assessment for critical roles
  • Oversee grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour law

What we're looking for:

  • MBA/MPA in HR or equivalent; CHRM/CIPD certification preferred
  • 08–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing industy
