Key responsibilities:
- Lead and align all HR & OD functions with Group strategy
- Manage multi-disciplinary HR team (PMS, TA, OD, ER & Payroll)
- Drive HR analytics, Balanced Scorecard, and executive reporting
- Govern HR systems, KPIs, SOPs, and ERP implementation
- Lead Succession Planning and Workforce Risk Assessment for critical roles
- Oversee grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour law
What we're looking for:
- MBA/MPA in HR or equivalent; CHRM/CIPD certification preferred
- 08–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing industy
