A leading IT distributor in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee a workforce of over 100 employees across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves strategic HR leadership, compliance with UAE labor laws, and managing talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, at least 7 years of HR experience, and strong leadership skills. Immediate availability in UAE is preferred.
