Head of HR Technology

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of HR Technology to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR systems. This role ensures technology supports talent management, HR operations, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute HR technology strategy and roadmap
  • Oversee HRIS, ATS, payroll, and related systems
  • Lead system implementations, integrations, and upgrades
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to improve processes
  • Manage vendors and mentor HR tech team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience with system integrations and data analytics
  • Understanding of HR processes and compliance
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO2,600.000 per month
