Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of HR Technology to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR systems. This role ensures technology supports talent management, HR operations, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute HR technology strategy and roadmap
- Oversee HRIS, ATS, payroll, and related systems
- Lead system implementations, integrations, and upgrades
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Partner with HR and IT teams to improve processes
- Manage vendors and mentor HR tech team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS roles
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience with system integrations and data analytics
- Understanding of HR processes and compliance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
