Head of Human Resources — FinTech

A high-growth, well-funded FinTech platform is seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the people agenda during a critical scaling phase.


This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a modern, commercially aligned HR function that supports rapid expansion, regulatory readiness, and high-performance culture.

The role will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape organisational design, talent strategy, governance frameworks, and scalable people infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the full HR function across organisational design, talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, and culture
  • Build scalable HR frameworks aligned with rapid FinTech growth and regulatory expectations
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and operating model design
  • Drive performance management, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Establish HR governance, policies, and compliance frameworks in regulated financial environments
  • Oversee compensation strategy ensuring competitiveness in the regional FinTech talent market
  • Lead employee engagement and retention strategies to support high-growth scaling
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team


Key Requirements:


  • 12+ years HR leadership experience within FinTech, Digital Banking, Payments, or Financial Services
  • Proven experience scaling organisations through high-growth phases
  • Strong background in organisational design and strategic workforce planning
  • Experience working in regulated financial environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and boards
  • Experience building HR functions from early-stage or transformation phases is highly desirable
