Bay G Pharma is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, improving organizational culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, strengthening talent management, and supporting business growth within the pharmaceutical industry.
The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, recruitment, policy development, and employee relations capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Manage succession planning and leadership development
HR Operations
- Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs
- Maintain HR documentation and reporting systems
Performance Management
- Design and monitor employee KPIs and appraisal systems
- Support department heads in performance evaluation processes
- Drive employee engagement and productivity initiatives
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations professionally
- Coordinate with legal and management on HR compliance matters
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize development programs
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive and professional workplace environment
- Lead employee wellness, motivation, and engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications will be considered an advantage
Experience Requirements
- 4-6+ years of HR experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial HR role
- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry preferred
