About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to align HR execution with business objectives in the Middle East. This role will lead the HR team for
our regional operations
, ensuring efficiency and collaboration with senior leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions.

Reporting to:
Senior Vice President of EMEA and the Corporate Development & HR Director.

Scope:
Oversee HR for core business operations and provide shared services support to regional special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership

Collaborate with senior leaders to drive growth and sustainability initiatives.

Implement HR strategies tailored to diverse Middle East markets.

Support corporate HR initiatives while ensuring regional alignment.
HR Operations & Employee Experience
-
Optimize HR processes for organizational effectiveness.

Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment to exit).

Balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational engagement.
Talent & Employer Branding
-
Attract, develop, and retain top talent through training programs.

Promote a values-driven culture to strengthen employer branding.
Compliance & Regional Oversight

Manage exit processes, disciplinary actions, and labor relations.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws across the Middle East.
Qualifications & Requirements

15–20 years of HR experience with proven leadership in strategy development.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Preferred:
Experience in the Middle East region; familiarity with local labor laws.

Ability to travel within the region.
