The Head Human Resources will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of the organization’s people strategy to support its long-term business objectives. The role is responsible for shaping a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capabilities, driving workforce planning, and aligning all human capital practices with the company’s growth ambitions in the real estate sector. This position provides visionary leadership to the HR function, ensures compliance with local labor regulations, and fosters an inclusive, innovative, and performance-driven workplace.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategic Leadership & Alignment

Develop and execute the Human Capital strategy in line with the organization’s vision, mission, and business goals.

Partner with the executive team to provide strategic counsel on organizational design, culture, and workforce management.

Drive change management initiatives to support growth, transformation, and expansion of the business.
Talent Management & Development

Build and implement robust talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.

Organizational Culture & Employee Experience

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.

Mitigate HR-related risks by developing strong governance frameworks and monitoring emerging workforce trends.
Operational Excellence

Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Capital team to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

Manage the Human Capital budget effectively, aligning resources to strategic priorities.
Educational Qualification & Certifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Master’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are highly desirable.
Work Experience:

Must have at least 20 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity, preferably within real estate, construction, or related industries.

Must have at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, reporting to C-level executives and managing a team of HR professionals.

Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic HR initiatives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
