We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Inclusionto lead and manage the school's inclusion and special educational needs (SEN) programs in accordance with ADEK regulations and policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the school’s Inclusion Departmentin compliance with ADEK inclusion policies
• Develop and implement inclusive education strategiesfor students of determination
• Oversee Individual Education Plans (IEPs)and ensure proper implementation
• Support teachers in adapting curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessmentsfor students with diverse learning needs
• Work closely with parents, teachers, therapists, and external specialists
• Monitor student progress and ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Provide training and guidance to staff regarding inclusive practices and student support
• Ensure the school complies with ADEK inspection requirements related to inclusion

Qualifications (ADEK Requirements)
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Inclusion, Psychology, or a related field
✅ Master’s Degree in Special Education or Inclusion (Preferred)
✅ Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Special Education / Inclusion
✅ Previous leadership or coordination experience in an Inclusion Department is preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of ADEK Inclusion Framework and policies
✅ Experience developing and implementing IEPs and student support plans
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills
