Role Overview

The Head of Industrial Operations will be responsible for managing large-scale industrial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading initiatives to optimize productivity and sustainability. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align operational strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily industrial operations across facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and maintenance teams to optimize processes.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operations and technologies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling for operational activities.
• Mentor and guide staff to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in industrial operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial facilities or projects.
• Strong knowledge of operational frameworks, process optimization, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO3,400.000 per month
