Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for performance marketing and a proven track record in B2B marketing. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Duties
- Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Manage social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Lead advertising sales initiatives, including print advertising, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce high-quality materials that support lead generation efforts.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels.
- Work closely with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as Head of Marketing or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including email marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content.
- Experience with WordPress and HTML for website management and optimization.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive messaging tailored to different audiences.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and the ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving combined with strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends.

Pay: $113,889.67 - $137,157.45 per year
