Head of International Business

Role Overview

The Head of International Business will be responsible for driving Nabati’s international expansion, with a strong focus on export activities to Europe. This role requires a strategic leader with solid expertise in international trade, export-import regulations, and business development. Based in Türkiye, the position will serve as the key representative for Nabati in building and managing partnerships across Europe and other global markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Nabati’s international business operations, with a primary focus on exports to Europe.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, increase sales, and strengthen brand positioning in international markets.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export-import documentation, and customs requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, trade partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks in global markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, finance, legal, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of export and import activities.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements with international stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Drive continuous improvement in international business processes and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in international business, export-import operations, or FMCG global expansion.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export/import compliance, and logistics management.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Turkish or other European languages is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in FMCG, food & beverages, or consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
