You will be the primary architect of our international expansion, responsible for mapping high-potential geographies and building a world-class network of channel partners to dominate the global real estate investment landscape.
The Strategic Mandate - Global Market Mapping: Identify and penetrate high-growth International Markets. You will analyze global wealth trends to decide where we deploy our resources next.
- Partner Ecosystem Development: Identify, appoint, and engage Tier 1 Channel Partners, Wealth Managers, and International Brokerages. You are responsible for building the long-term alliances that drive our global volume.
- Roadshow & Event Leadership: Conceptualize and lead high-impact international roadshows and investor events. You will create the platform that connects international capital with our property portfolio.
- Leadership of a Global Sales Force: Manage a large, multi-location team of direct reports. You will provide the leadership, strategy, and high-performance culture required to hit aggressive targets across diverse geographies.
- Deal Orchestration: Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel in international markets, ensuring that every roadshow and partner engagement results in high-velocity closures and market share growth.
