Raya CX; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Head of IT Infrastructure.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement the company's IT infrastructure strategy, in line with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, and security.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve the company's IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing any issues or vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT infrastructure services and products.
• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

What will you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, and security.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in developing and managing IT infrastructure budgets.
• Industry certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSE, etc.) are a plus.
