Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT Learning Systems to lead the design, implementation, and management of educational technology platforms. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align IT learning systems with academic and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Learning Systems Management: Oversee the deployment and optimization of LMS platforms.
• Digital Transformation: Drive initiatives to modernize teaching and learning through technology.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with academic workflows.
• Data Analytics: Monitor learning outcomes and provide actionable insights.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT staff to deliver high-quality support and innovation.
• Cybersecurity: Safeguard student and institutional data with robust security measures.
• Innovation: Explore new technologies to enhance digital learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in educational technology leadership.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems, cloud platforms, and digital learning tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver IT solutions in multicultural environments, ideally within the GCC.
