Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the company’s marketing function. This role requires a professional capable of independently managing the entire marketing cycle — from strategy and planning to execution — across both digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing in IT or outsourcing, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to build and strengthen Sprinterra’s presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy covering brand positioning, lead generation, digital channels, and offline activities.
  • Plan and implement the annual marketing roadmap, set goals and KPIs, and define tools and approaches to achieve them.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, SEO, analytics (GA, Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics), budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Oversee content and PR initiatives: plan and create materials for social media, website, blog, newsletters, and PR campaigns; develop case studies, presentations, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Build and strengthen the company’s brand presence in international markets through press releases, media relations, partnerships, and content support for executive speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to align company branding and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all communications.
  • Organize and coordinate offline marketing activities, such as participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events (booth branding, promotional materials, PR support), and evaluate their effectiveness.

Essential skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in B2B marketing within IT outsourcing, software development, or related industries.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, analytics, and lead generation.
  • Strong project management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with international markets (U.S. or Europe).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Understanding of content strategy and employer branding.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
