Job Description

As the Head of Marketing at FieldCamp, you will build and lead the entire marketing function—owning strategy, execution, and performance across SEO, paid acquisition, content, partnerships, and analytics. You’ll develop positioning that speaks directly to field service businesses and drive measurable growth through data-backed strategies. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will strategize, execute, optimize, and scale marketing initiatives from the ground up.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on marketing leadership experience.


  • Strong expertise in SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, or similar paid platforms.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience targeting business/SMB owners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance tracking.
  • Excellent content and copywriting skills for landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing content.
  • Strong English communication—both written and verbal.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and execute SEO strategy for high-intent keywords (HVAC dispatch, plumbing scheduling, roofing software, etc.).


  • Improve organic search performance through technical SEO, content clusters, on- page optimization, and link building.
  • Create conversion-focused content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, guides, and webinars.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn with focus on CAC and ROAS.
  • Design and implement multi-channel lead generation strategies including organic, paid, email, and partnerships.
  • Set up analytics and attribution tracking (GA4, conversion pixels, UTM tagging, CRM integration).
  • Build and manage partnerships with consultants, marketplaces, resellers, and integration platforms.
  • Define brand positioning and messaging tailored to field service professionals—without corporate jargon.
  • Implement systems for campaign management, landing pages, email automation, and marketing reporting.
