The Head of Marketing for a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand is responsible for shaping the marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth. This leader oversees all marketing activities—including promotions, menu launches, digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement—ensuring that the brand remains competitive in a fast-moving QSR market.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the marketing team across brand, digital, creative, and promotional functions.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to guide positioning.
Brand Management
- Oversee brand identity, voice, and visuals across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in branding across menus, packaging, store signage, and advertising.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty.
Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns for new products, LTOs (limited-time offers), and seasonal items.
- Manage in-store promotional materials, menu board updates, and local store marketing.
- Evaluate campaign results and optimize for future performance.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Drive customer engagement through mobile apps, loyalty programs, and CRM strategies.
- Use customer data and insights to improve retention and personalize experiences.
Menu & Product Marketing
- Collaborate with product development and operations on new menu rollouts.
- Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional messaging.
- Support food photography, packaging design, and menu engineering.
Marketing Expertise
- Deep understanding of QSR, retail, or FMCG marketing.
- Expertise in brand management, promotions, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Analytical & Financial Skills
- Strong ability to interpret data and measure campaign performance.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting.
Creative & Communication Skills
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to review, guide, and approve creative materials (menus, ads, social visuals, etc.).
