Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Head of Marketing
to lead our marketing team and drive the company’s growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence, generating leads, and supporting customer retention across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, events, social media, etc.).

Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.

Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.

Track and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.

Build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Drive PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing roles with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position.

Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing (as applicable).

Hands-on experience with digital marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
