We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to spearhead the growth of our innovative property portal AKARAT.COM. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a profound understanding of the UAE real estate landscape and a track record of driving user acquisition and lead generation through performance-based digital campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring all marketing efforts comply with RERA regulations. Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the compensation package.
Responsibilities:
· Strategic Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta/TikTok, Email Marketing, display and paid partnerships) to drive traffic, acquire high-quality leads, and maximize lead-to-sale conversion rates, while collaborating closely with the dedicated SEO team.
· Market Leadership & Analysis: Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends, new developments, and competitor activity, leveraging data and analytics (Google Analytics, CRM data) to inform decisions and maintain market share.
· Brand & Content Oversight: Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content (video tours, market reports, blog posts) that positions our brand as a trusted authority in the Dubai property sector.
· Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all advertising and marketing materials adhere strictly to Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards, including obtaining necessary permits and displaying QR codes where required.
· Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor an in-house marketing team, fostering strong collaboration with sales and product departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution and efficient lead handovers.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in marketing, with at least 4-5 years in a senior/leadership role within the UAE real estate or prop-tech industry.
· Domain Knowledge: Deep, practical knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, off-plan projects, secondary market dynamics, with a strong existing network within the local real estate sector.
· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with property portal backends (Bayut, Property Finder), CRM systems, analytics tools, and performance marketing platforms.
· Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L, CAC, LTV, ROAS, project timelines, and cross-functional teams.
· Communication & Language: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
