Position: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead all online marketing initiatives for Junaid Group, ensuring strong brand visibility, lead generation, and high-ROI online campaigns aligned with our strategic vision, including the expansion into Alabama.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in SEO, paid advertising, performance marketing (ROAS-driven), content strategy, UI/UX understanding, and digital campaign execution. They must also be capable of managing a marketing team, optimizing workflows, and driving measurable growth across all platforms.

A) Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing roadmap for all Junaid Group brands.
  • Create quarterly and annual digital plans aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and brand growth.
  • Define KPIs and performance benchmarks for all channels: SEO, PPC, social media, website, and email.
  • Manage and refine the team's daily schedules, content calendars, and time-management workflows.

2. Performance Marketing (ROAS-Focused)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Achieve strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across lead generation and brand campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimizations.
  • Track conversions, cost-per-lead, click-through rate, and overall performance metrics.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Lead the SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, technical SEO.
  • Ensure continuous ranking improvement for targeted keywords in UAE and Alabama.
  • Oversee website structure, content, internal linking, loading speed, and UX improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain high-performance landing pages.

4. Content & Social Media Management

  • Oversee content planning, creative direction, and consistent output across social platforms.
  • Guide designers on visual direction, branding, and campaign concepts.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and analytics reports.

5. UI/UX & Digital Design Oversight

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure creative assets follow UI/UX best practices.
  • Improve user flow, CTAs, and conversion journeys across website and landing pages.
  • Provide creative direction for videos, graphics, animations, and ad creatives.

6. Team Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Manage a team of designers, content creators, and digital specialists.
  • Implement efficient workflows, task batching, and time-blocking systems (aligned with your framework).
  • Ensure high productivity, deadline adherence, and quality standards.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews based on KPIs and output milestones.

7. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report performance across all platforms — weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to upper management.
  • Build dashboards to monitor SEO performance, ads ROI, and content results.

B) Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills

  • Strong experience in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console).
  • Strong command of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS, cost control, and lead quality.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking implementation.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, landing page structure, and conversion funnels.
  • Graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) — enough to guide designers.
  • Basic video editing and animation workflow understanding (not mandatory but preferred).

C) Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Analytics are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.
  • Experience in the UAE market and/or construction / MEP industry preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
