Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will lead and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, patient acquisition, service promotion, and business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in healthcare, service, or consumer marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) aligned with business goals
- Build and strengthen the HYGO Clinics brand across all channels
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, SEO, paid campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing
- Plan and execute health campaigns, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives
- Drive patient acquisition, retention, and referral programs
- Collaborate with operations, doctors, and business development teams for service promotion
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance and ROI
- Oversee content creation, creatives, brochures, ads, and promotional materials
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, with leadership exposure
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, wellness, or service industry is a strong advantage
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
