About the Role


A new wellness brand is launching a unique med spa concept in the LA area — and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing to build the function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand, voice, and growth strategy from day one, backed by strong investment and a mission to elevate personalized care through hospitality, technology, and performance marketing.


The ideal candidate brings a builder mindset, creative leadership, and a deep understanding of how to reach and convert local audiences. You’ll work directly with the founding team and operate as a one-person department (with external support) in the early stage.


What You'll Do

  • Own marketing strategy and execution across digital, brand, social, and local campaigns
  • Manage external agency and social partners, ensuring alignment with voice and KPIs
  • Build and activate local marketing partnerships and grassroots campaigns
  • Collaborate with providers to amplify personal brands and create engaging content
  • Drive awareness and traffic through micro-influencer, content, and community-based marketing
  • Support go-to-market launches for multiple locations across LA


Who You Are

  • A full-stack marketer who thrives in high-growth, early-stage environments
  • Hands-on, scrappy, and deeply creative with strong execution skills
  • Experienced in performance marketing and brand-building, ideally in wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle
  • Skilled in local marketing, content strategy, and working with external vendors
  • Based in LA, with the ability to work in-market and onsite regularly
