Marketing and GTM Head – Offline Sales & Distribution

Location: Panipat (Base Location)
Experience: 8–15 years
Industry: Home Textiles ONLY (Blankets, Bedsheets, Quilts, Furnishings)

About the Role

Abrazo (www.houseofabrazo.com) is a fast-growing D2C home textiles brand backed by 30+ years of in-house manufacturing in Panipat (Raghav Woollen Mills), supplying to leading Indian and international brands.

We are now launching Abrazo as a mid-premium offline brand across India, targeting the gap between unbranded products and expensive national brands.

This is a zero-to-one offline brand-building role, working directly with the founder.

If you have not sold home textile products through general trade, this role is not suitable.

Core Responsibility:

Build Abrazo into a pan-India offline home textile brand using dealer-led general trade distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

1️ Dealer Network & Distribution

  • Leverage existing dealer ecosystem and relationships
  • Onboard, activate, and grow dealers across key states
  • Personally manage top dealers in the first phase
  • Drive repeat orders and healthy sell-through
  • Expand state-wise with a clear rollout plan

2️ Sales Team Building

  • Hire and manage field sales executives / area managers
  • Design sales plans, targets, and reporting structures
  • Build a scalable sales organization from scratch

3️ Product Range & Market Feedback

  • Work closely with founder and manufacturing team to:
  • Finalize offline-specific SKUs
  • Define GSM, designs, colors, and price ladders
  • Provide structured feedback from the market on: What sells, What doesn’t, Regional preferences

4️ Brand Execution at Retail

  • Ensure Abrazo is positioned as a mid-premium branded alternative
  • Drive correct in-store presentation
  • Packaging
  • Display
  • Dealer education

5️ Online–Offline Coordination

  • Maintain pricing discipline between online and offline channels
  • Avoid channel conflict
  • Use D2C insights to strengthen offline assortment decisions

6️ Commercial Discipline

  • Ensure collections within agreed credit periods
  • Control returns, rejections, and bad debts
  • Build long-term, profitable dealer relationships

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 8–15 years of experience in sales of home textile products

Direct experience selling products like:

  • Blankets
  • Bedsheets
  • Quilts / Comforters
  • Towels / Furnishings
  • Strong dealer and distributor network in North / West / Central India

Experience working with Panipat-based textile ecosystems preferred
Proven ability to build and manage sales teams
Comfortable with travel and hands-on execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
