Role Overview
SG Allied Businesses Limited is seeking a dynamic and proactive Head of Marketing who thrives on introducing new and unique products to the market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who builds strong customer relationships, anticipates market demand, and continuously expands the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the launch and marketing of new and innovative products across SG Allied’s business lines
- Maintain warm, long-term relationships with existing customers to understand their future needs and demand trends
- Proactively identify and onboard new customers for both existing and upcoming products
- Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to spot opportunities early
- Work closely with production and leadership teams to align product development with market demand
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies, promotions, and brand-building initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels (offline & digital)
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or business development role
- Strong ability to anticipate market trends and customer demand
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and opportunity-oriented
- Experience in FMCG, Agri-products, food, or related sectors will be an advantage
- Comfortable with fieldwork, customer meetings, and strategic planning
