Looking for position for one of the institutes of Symbiosis International University i.e. Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre, Lavale, Pune

Hospital is 900 beds NABH Accredited, Multi-super Specialty State of the art hospital. Associated with Symbiosis Medical College for Women

Position: Head Marketing / Business Development

Qualification :

Graduate + MBA in Marketing

15-20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development, recent 10 Years experience in multi-superspeciality hospital including 5 years of leading position in Corporate setup.

Result oriented. Excellent analytical knowledge, computer savvy

Good oral & written communication, negotiation skills.

Required experience & some of important responsibilities :

1. Revenue Growth & Business Strategy

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales, Business Development plan & marketing strategies aligned with hospital / Company goals.
  • Drive OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and specialty-wise revenue growth.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and catchment potential.
  • Support pricing strategy, packages, and service positioning.

2. Referral & Doctor Engagement

  • Build and strengthen relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and nursing homes.
  • Ensure structured doctor coverage and referral tracking.
  • Improve referral conversion and retention.
  • Ensure ethical and compliant referral practices.

3. Corporate, TPA & Government Business

  • Lead corporate, PSU, MSME, TPA, and insurance empanelment.
  • Manage CGHS, ECHS, ESIC and state, Central health schemes.
  • Negotiate tariffs, renewals, and contracts.
  • Improve utilization and billing realization.

4. Traditional and Digital Marketing & Brand Management

  • Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and lead generation.
  • Manage outdoor, print, radio, and local media promotions.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and communication consistency.
  • Optimization of Organization Website

5. Outreach & Community Engagement

  • Plan health camps, screening programs, and awareness initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with industries, institutions, RWAs, and NGOs.
  • Execute seasonal and specialty-based promotional campaigns.

6. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and guide sales, Business development / marketing teams.
  • Define KRAs, KPIs, territory allocation, and activity plans.
  • Monitor productivity, discipline, and reporting.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance improvement plans.

7. MIS / Analytical Reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
