We’re looking for a strategic builder who can turn our expertise into a compelling story and our sales pipeline into a predictable revenue engine. This isn't a "set it and forget it" gig. What You'll Do (Your Mission, because we know you want this!):
You'll own the narrative and be the force transforming our brand, translating our 20+ years of expertise into a story that turns customers into long-term fans.
- Full-Funnel Architect: Build and optimize a full-funnel demand generation engine. You'll lead the strategy for inbound marketing, MOFU/BOFU email campaigns, SEO, paid media, and more to consistently deliver high-quality MQLs to the sales team. You'll also develop and execute a brand and content strategy that translates our safety and compliance expertise into trust and demand. You'll be our chief storyteller, crafting messaging that resonates with our target audience across the full customer journey from first touch to renewal!
- Team Leader & Coach: You'll lead, manage, and coach our awesome existing marketing team. You'll guide them to execute on the vision, providing clear direction, creative feedback, and the tools they need to succeed. You'll also mentor and share your expertise to help grow the team's skillset.
- The GTM Orchestrator: You’ll work side-by-side with Sales to shorten cycles and boost close rates. You’ll be the one building the campaigns and tools that help reps close faster. You’ll also influence product roadmaps by integrating competitive intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.
- Reseller Channel Support: You’ll work with the Head of Revenue to grow our reseller channel, providing marketing assets, enablement, and messaging that help our partners really understand how to resell our product. We want them as excited about it as we are!
- Data Whisperer: Maintain a clear view of our marketing metrics. You'll know our CAC, LTV, and conversion rates like the back of your hand, and you'll use data to inform decisions, optimize spend, and prove ROI.
What You Bring (Your Superpowers):
- Battle-Tested Leadership: 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, with 3-5+ years in a senior leadership role. You've led teams, and you've got a strong track record to prove it.
- Strategic Builder: You've personally built a marketing function from the ground up and know what it takes to scale a small team into a high-performance machine. You're comfortable with a player-coach mentality.
- Full-Funnel Expertise: You have experience driving demand across the entire customer journey, from awareness and lead gen to conversion and retention.
- SaaS Growth Expert: You're a pro at scaling SMB and mid-market SaaS companies in the $10M ARR range.
- Data Obsessed (in a good way): You live and breathe data. You're fluent in sales and marketing metrics (MQLs, LTV/CAC - that “fun stuff”), and you can develop data-driven strategies that show a clear ROI.
- HubSpot Jedi: You're an expert at HubSpot, marketing automation, and CMS. (Seriously…we're not buying a different one.)
- Adaptable Change Agent: You're a glass-half-full person, practical, and a change agent who can facilitate business evolution without fear.

Salary: Base $110,000+ based on experience
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+ We believe in rewarding exceptional performance. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, with significant upside for exceeding targets.
