Role & Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and management to the marketing & comms team. Motivate, mentor, and guide team members to achieve marketing goals at both a corporate and project/development level.
  2. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans to achieve both corporate and project level objectives.
  3. Market Insights: Drive market & competitor understanding through regular insights (customer behavior, product preferences, investor needs, etc.), using this information to optimize marketing messaging & plans.
  4. PR & Comms: Develop key messages and content for Uniestate that align with the overall corporate vision & mission and allow the business to communicate consistently to media partners and stakeholders.
  5. Social & Digital: On an ongoing basis, review all existing channels and recommend enhancements / plans to drive engagement / performance.
  6. Broker Channel: Review existing Broker communications and recommend enhancements to maximize broker engagement / participation.
  7. Marketing Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of the marketing campaigns tracking key performance metrics and optimizing campaigns / content / channels.
  8. Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the budget for the marketing & comms department ensuring efficiencies are realized and budgets are not exceeded.
  9. Compliance: Ensure that the marketing & comms team complies with all real estate regulations and laws as well as Uniestate's policies & procedures.
  10. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing & comms performance, market trends, and any issues or opportunities that may impact the business.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: Minimum 10-12 yrs of experience in real estate marketing & comms.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills; able to lead and coach a high-performance team.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic would also be beneficial but not necessary).
  4. Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local real estate market and competitive set as well as latest trends in digital, social and the application/use of AI.
  5. Creative & Planning: The ability to find creative solutions to marketing & comms challenges and develop effective, measurable plans for execution.
  6. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
  7. Decision Making: The ability to make timely / well informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  8. Financial Acumen: Good understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
