We are looking for a Head of Marketing Communications to lead our marcomms function across the MEIA region — a diverse and dynamic geography spanning multiple countries, cultures, and five distinct sales sub-regions. In this leadership role, you will guide a talented team of marketing communications professionals while driving impactful, business-aligned marketing activation across the region.

The Role & Your Impact

This is a strategic marketing leadership role , not a project management position. You will shape and lead marketing communications in a fast-moving, complex environment where success depends on clarity, composure, and strong leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 regional marketing communications managers
  • Drive impactful marketing activation aligned with regional business priorities
  • Partner closely with regional marketing, sales leadership, and commercial teams
  • Collaborate with global marketing communications teams (including Denmark) to ensure alignment and best practice sharing
  • Contribute as a key member of the MEIA marketing leadership team
  • Bring structure and direction in a fast-paced, often non-linear environment

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Extensive experience in senior marketing communications leadership roles
  • Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise in marketing strategy, activation, and execution
  • Ability to operate in complex, matrixed, multicultural environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
