Head of Marketing, Design, AI & Web Development

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, technically strong, and revenue-driven Head of Marketing, Design, AI & Web Development to lead the digital growth infrastructure of our expanding e-commerce brands.

This is not just a marketing role.

This position combines:

Primary Objective

Drive an additional $20K+ in consistent monthly revenue impact by aligning SEO, paid marketing, Shopify optimization, AI automation, and CRM systems into one cohesive growth engine.

Core Responsibilities Website Development & Technical Ownership (Shopify Focus)

  • Full technical oversight of Shopify websites
  • Ability to:
  • Customize themes
  • Improve site speed
  • Optimize UX/UI
  • Improve checkout conversion flow
  • Implement apps and integrations
  • Understand HTML, CSS, basic Liquid (Shopify language), and technical SEO
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and performance scores
  • Build landing pages optimized for paid traffic
  • Integrate CRM, analytics, and automation tools into the website
  • Constantly sharpen website structure for higher AOV and conversion rate

This role requires hands-on technical ability — not just coordination.

Creative & Brand Leadership

  • Lead graphic design direction across:
  • Website
  • Product pages
  • Ads
  • Email campaigns
  • Marketplace listings
  • Ensure premium and consistent brand presentation
  • Improve product imagery, content structure, and design aesthetics
  • Manage internal or external designers when needed

SEO & Performance Marketing Leadership

  • Full ownership of SEO strategy:
  • Technical SEO
  • On-page optimization
  • Content architecture
  • Keyword strategy
  • Link-building
  • Lead SEO team execution
  • Manage Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns
  • Optimize paid acquisition using AI bidding and smart automation
  • Track ROI, CAC, LTV, and profitability

Must understand the full funnel:
Traffic → Engagement → Lead Capture → Conversion → Retention

AI & Automation Implementation

  • Implement AI tools to:
  • Improve SEO workflows
  • Enhance content creation efficiency
  • Optimize ad performance
  • Build predictive dashboards
  • Automate marketing workflows and reporting
  • Continuously upgrade company digital capabilities

We are looking for someone forward-thinking and highly tech-savvy.

CRM (Zoho) Full Ownership

  • Manage and optimize Zoho CRM
  • Maintain data hygiene and pipeline integrity
  • Build automation sequences (email flows, follow-ups, nurturing)
  • Integrate CRM with Shopify and advertising platforms
  • Create performance dashboards tied directly to revenue

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in SEO and performance marketing
  • Strong Shopify development knowledge (technical, not surface-level)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe / Figma / Canva Pro level)
  • Experience managing marketing teams
  • Hands-on Zoho CRM experience
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms
  • Strong English communication (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable working US time zone hours
