About the Role


We are launching a high-growth digital marketplace platform in Saudi Arabia and are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our growth journey from the ground up.

This leadership role is ideal for a highly ambitious marketing professional who can build, execute, and scale a modern marketing engine focused on customer acquisition, market penetration, brand positioning, and revenue growth. The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and senior leadership team to establish the platform as a leading marketplace brand in the Kingdom.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing, branding, and growth strategy aligned with business objectives

• Drive customer acquisition, app installs, user engagement, and market penetration across Saudi Arabia

• Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other digital channels

• Build strong brand positioning, awareness, and customer loyalty in a competitive marketplace environment

• Develop CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty programs to improve customer engagement and repeat usage

• Monitor and optimize key marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics

• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and growth plans

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing in-house marketing team

• Manage external agencies, influencers, media partners, affiliates, and strategic partnerships

• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and technology teams to align marketing initiatives with platform growth

• Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to drive data-backed decision-making

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new categories, features, and expansion initiatives


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles

• Proven experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, tech startups, mobile apps, or high-growth digital businesses

• Strong expertise in growth marketing, performance acquisition, and digital advertising

• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian and GCC consumer market

• Demonstrated success in scaling brands and driving measurable business growth

• Hands-on experience with analytics tools, attribution platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation

• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and execution capabilities

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and manage multiple priorities

• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
