We are looking for a Head of Marketing / Growth to build and scale our marketing engine across all verticals, fueling deal flow, loan originations, investor relationships, and overall brand presence.

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing / Growth will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase revenue across Alpha Capital’s business lines. This role requires a strategic leader who is also comfortable being hands-on with campaigns, content, and analytics. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy
  • Build and execute a marketing plan aligned with Alpha’s growth goals across acquisitions, lending, brokerage, and investor relations.
  • Define KPIs for lead generation, conversion, and ROI tracking.
  • Lead Generation
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Build SEO and content marketing strategies to increase inbound deal flow, borrower leads, and investor interest.
  • Create email and SMS drip campaigns that nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Brand & Positioning
  • Elevate Alpha Capital’s brand as a premier real estate investment platform.
  • Produce case studies, deal highlights, press releases, and social proof content.
  • Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Team & Systems
  • Collaborate with acquisitions, lending, and investor relations teams to align marketing with sales goals.
  • Manage and grow a marketing team (including VAs, designers, agencies, etc.) as needed.
  • Implement marketing automation and analytics systems (CRM, dashboards, attribution tracking).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation (real estate, lending, or financial services experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling lead generation and lowering cost-per-lead.
  • Strong grasp of paid ads, SEO, content strategy, and CRM-driven campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary ($60,000–$75,000, depending on experience ).
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation and revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
